Drywall: ceilings, partitions and wall linings

Plasterboard lets you redivide a room, lower a ceiling or hide pipes and insulation neatly. It is fast and dry, and with good jointing nobody can tell where the boards meet.

Suspended plasterboard ceilings

A lowered ceiling hides pipes and beams, makes room for downlights and can be acoustic or fire-rated. We fit a metal frame and screw the boards to it.

Cracked or sagging ceilings can be covered with a new plasterboard ceiling.

  • Lowered ceilings on a metal frame
  • Room for downlights and ventilation
  • Acoustic and fire-rated boards
  • Covering old ceilings

Partition walls and wall linings

A stud partition turns one room into two, with insulation against noise. A lining against an existing wall hides pipes or makes room for internal insulation.

In bathrooms we use moisture-resistant boards.

The finish makes the difference

Joints and screw holes are taped, filled and sanded flat. We finish paint-ready, so no joints show after painting.
