What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, phone, email, municipality, the service requested and your project description. Photos you send by WhatsApp or email join your file.
Why
To answer you, arrange a visit and draw up a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Who receives it
Us. Formspree, Inc. (United States) carries the form to our mailbox, covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you prefer, email or call us directly. Your data is not sold or passed on.
How long
Three years after the last contact for a request that leads nowhere; seven years for contract and invoices if a job follows.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection via info@freitasgroup.be, answered within a month. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Measurement and advertising
With your consent, the site measures its audience with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd, as processor). Without consent, no request goes to Google and no measurement cookie exists. Measurement data is kept for thirteen months. No advertising tool is loaded today; if that changes, the consent window will ask separately. You can change your mind at any time through “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
